Elephants live in a variety of climates, from hot and humid tropical forests to dry savannas. They are well-adapted to both hot and cold environments, and their large size helps regulate their body temperature.

Mankind has hunted elephants for a very long time. In prehistoric times, men went on hunting trips to hunt mammoths, which were cousins to elephants.

As the Internet turns into a global multi-lingual community, the project searches for new ways to bridge cultures, and builds a transitional space between natural languages.

It is called a trunk and they use it to feed themselves as they are very large, heavy animals so having a trunk makes it easier to get food out of high up or awkward places. They can also fill it with water and use it to wash themselves or give themselves a drink.

Must (or alternatively spelt: Musth) is a condition in male elephants that is characterized by a thick tar like secretion, known as temporin, from their temporal ducts, found near the temples and far more notable by an increase in the level of aggressive behavior.

It is a periodic condition that only affects the elephant from time to time. It is accompanied by a large increase in the testosterone level and an elephant in must can have a level as much as 60 times greater than that of other periods out of must.

In basic poachers hunt them for their tusks (Ivory) which is in demand in some Asian and African areas. Its also being sought after by traders who sell it illegally in other countries. Some make ornaments others believe the tuck as medical powers. Latter has been been dis-proven many times but still sadly they hunt these creatures and kill them for what is basically the same composite as hair.
