Very little. Francs were the currency of France until adoption of the euro in 2002. Before they were removed from circulation a lot were hoarded by collectors. At the exchange rate in effect in 2002, one franc was worth about 22 cents.

I don't belive that any country produced a coin denominated as "25 Piastres" in 1942. Syria produced a 25 Piastre coin in 1937, and again in 1947, Lebanon did in 1936 and again in 1952, and Egypt did in 1956.

If you refer to a coin with an identical angel on both sides as distinct from the gold English medieval Angel coin, they are a token distributed or sold by the Catholic Church as a good luck/good health wish or blessing.
