Why would you want to do a silly think like that!?!?!? I am a professional piercer of about 18 yrs. and I have never had to bandage a piercing...Clean it twice a day with an anti-bacterial soap and soak it twice a day after you clean it, with a sea salt solution...1/4 tsp. of sea salts in 8 ozs. of warm water, use just a little of it at a time...One soak should be 5 mins. long, the other should be 10 mins. long....Use cotton balls to soak up the warm water and press it against the piercing. Most likely not, because i don't think they'de allow you to have any tools or any thing while you are in prison. Also, what would be the point to pluck your eyebrows in prison I don't know for sure, but I assume so. I happen to have one of the vendor's catologs right here and they have pages and pages of make-up they can have. In amongst it all, I saw 2 different eyelash curlers, so I'd bet yes, they can.

A service cant really be done for that type of thing. I wouldnt get laser hair removal because it grows back thicker and it is painful. Waxing hurts and all it does is make the hair darker and thicker. Please do NOT shave them! If i were you you should tweez them keep in mind use clean tweezers and the hair may not grow back because you pull it from the root.
