This means that at any time you can receive multiple faxes ( up to 30?) instead of one page by one as on normal fax machines... and simulteneously send multiple faxes.
There are hundreds out there, the one I was recommended is Axiatel dot com that notifies you immediately if fax was received or not and what sort of problem...it doesn't give you false positive, that I think is reliable. Hope it helps!
