What is the difference between criminal justice process and criminal justice system?
The differences in the two systems are fading. The "adultification" of the juvenile justice system is nearing completion. Why? We don't care about the kids in the system; not in any measurable or meaningful way. When the system was predominantly white kids we wanted to help. Now that the majority are children of color, we want to punish. Poor and undereducated people are no longer necessary in our society and there is no political mileage to be had in championing causes related to them. For all practical purposes, they have been marginalized and devalued as members of our society.
Yes! because what if something happened in the weekend and someone called the FBI and the FBI didn't answer people would be in trouble and not have anyone . except probably the police but FBI is a little more important
The FBI is important to US citizens because they protect us from criminals, terrorists and ensure our safety. They handle crimes that pass over state lines, where the state police don't have jurisdiction, and without that we would have a lot of Ted Bundys on our hands.

The FBI's job is to enforce federal laws. Federal laws are created by the president, in this case, president Barrack Obama. They won't pull people over for speeding, or respond to normal cases, because those are state laws. An example would be marijuana, it was made illegal by president Nixon, it was, and still is a federal crime to have, or smoke it.
Was j Edgar a transvestite or gay?
According to a single witness, Susan Rosenstiel, interviewed by one of his major biographers, yes. Much more widely accepted and supported is that Hoover was a closeted homosexual. However, not all gay men are transvestites, and not all transvestites are gay men, so his gayness does not prove anything about his possible transvestite activities.
