The over flexing of the uterus may cause some soreness in the lower abdomen. If you mean for the first time, then definitely tell your parent or guardian. If you don't want to or feel uncomfortable, then you need to get a pad, I would never recommend a tampon, unless you have seen a genicologist or your doctor has given you the okay. If you do not own any or can't find any then I would just substitute it with toliet paper, if your in school, then there is a 99% chance that your nurse will have them stocked up, and will be more then happy to supply you with one. If you don't know how to apply one, then you really should talk to someone, especially your mother or nurse, they'll surely know how to do it, and will be more then happy to pass on the knowledge.

Just tell your Mum and she will help you from their, don't worry all girls start theirs from around the ages 9 to about 15 every girl is different, and it's not that bad as every one says it is and your first period should be light and short so it's not that bad the first time.

P.S. If your worried about starting it at school ask your mum if she could buy you emergency pads that you could keep in your back pack.

There is no perfect bra size for an 11 year old. It varies with everyone. You might have twin daughters and one wears an AA cup bra and the other an A cup bra. You have to figure it out for yourself. There is one easy and accurate method. With a measuring tape, put it right beneath your breasts and write down the number and add 1, that's your band size, put the measuring tape around your chest over the nipple and write down the number. Subtract with your band-size and what ever number comes out is your cup size.

Example: If your band size was a 34 and the chest size was a 33 you subtracted and it came out 1 inch your breast size is 34A

Mathematical example:33 + 1 = 34 - 33+ 1 inch = Size A cup, Band Size 34

It is absolutely not too small for a woman of any age. Many teenagers will find that their breasts will continue to grow as they enter adulthood so being a 34A now does not mean you will be a 34A in two or three years.
