ragnell and falchion are not even in the same game. ragnell is in fire emblem PoR and RD. Wii and Gamecube. Falchion is in the ds game, SD. but ragnell is one of the best swords but Ike is the only one who can use it. it is the only sword you can use on the Black Knight. Falchion only Marth can use on the ds game shadow dragon.

Only manaketes (ie; bantu & tiki) can use stones, and you cannot actually get an earthstone unless you use an action replay.

Even if you do though, I'm pretty sure you cannot use the earthstone anyway. you can, however, use magestones, but they are also only obtainable through an action replay.

In any case, my best bet would be to try either tiki or nagi (only in chapter 24x).
