since Bangkok is not yet finished, i believe the triad and yakuza choices will be the basis of fights because if you noticed the fight in Bangkok is not yet available so that means a new feature is being worked on for that. i think that if you supported triads, you can only fight mafias that are supporting yakuza. I'm not sure but this is what i think of it.
