No you can't do this. On 2 different notes it will not work.
1- The African Fat Tail is a insectivore, preying on insects ranging from 1/4"- 1" in size.
2- They seem to be pretty picky and will not eat something unless they see it moving.
leopard geckos are not dangerous. unless you get it from somebody that might have made it very aggressive. in fact, leopard geckos make a great pet!

No ! Gecko's are desert creatures, while Anoles are forest dwellers. Additionally, Anoles are highly territorial and will fight other lizards who invade their space. The golden rule is - if reptiles are not found together in their natural habitat - they should never be housed together in captivity !

Your leopard gecko could be skinny due to malnutrition. Offer your animal some live feeders gutloaded and coated in calcium. If you notice your leo's tail starts to become wavy, these are the first signs of MBD (metabolic bone disease). Meaning the animal is now drawing calcium from its bones in order to survive due to the lack in diet. Once MBD has taken place It will start to draw calcium from the limbs, head and spine. At this point the disease is not reversible.
