No, not all ghosts are evil. There are some friendly ones and some evil one.

there are spirits(ghosts) and demons, demons are evil and uncontrollable some spirits are aggrivated by renavation of there space and they become annoyed and act out but don't usually do much harm, some are just lost souls who don't harm anything they just make noises. however i don't believe in a friendly ghost, no ghost is gonna watch you and make sure your ok, that's what a guardian angels for.

If you believe in ghosts or spirits, you probably will not encounter either one of them. But they like to catch you off guard. You will most likely feel suddenly cold. it may present it's self, or it may not.
depending on what it wants it may or may not communicate with you. Just don't be frightened.

Ouija (Wigi) boards are VERY dangerous and can make a "normal" person completely different. They create portals from the paranormal zone/state/world which can let in demons into our world. I'm paranormal and want to try out a Ouija board but I am going to have someone VERY experienced there to help close any portals, that I may have opened, and to bring back any demons, that I mat have let out. I would not recommend messing with Ouija boards or any other "games" dealing with that state. Again it can be VERY dangerous!!!

Well if you feel thy will harm you and come near you then when they next come or when you next hear them then you should insist on talking to them if it doesn't work you really probably don't have ghosts
That's not true, ghosts or spirits will only speak to people if they feel comfortable and they are positive that the person in question can hear them. Ghosts only appear when needed or when they are comfortable. I would know, I have been able to see them, hear them and speak to them since i was 2 years old and not too many people know about this so called "gift".
To get rid of a ghost, you need to stay completely calm and speak in a clear, strong voice, and just plainly say to leave you alone. If it does not work, try again, if it doesn't work a second time, surround the inside of you house in crystals. If that doesn't work, call upon someone who might have the same, or similar gift to mine and see if they can help your problem.
one way to get rid of a ghost is to have the house blessed, but sometimes it is only temporarily. My way is find out what the ghost wants, If the ghost is violent and hurts you or your family then i suggest leaving, but if you can afford to leave call in paranormal investigators.

But spirits normally go to Heaven] When a wandering spirit is lost, simply talk to the spirit and say in a clear, strong voice, "Go towards the light" The spirit then knows the way to go [Heaven] Sometimes, however, they refuse to talk to you and are difficult to communicate with. I would then suggest looking up or getting some sort of spirit communication technique. [But NOT a ouji board! These are VERY dangerous and open spiritual doors that should NOT be opened!!] If things get too extreme, I suggest getting a paranormal investigator or a ghost hunter. I find it easier if you have a "special gift" like I do however where I can sense, see, and communicate with ghosts alot easier.
