Rachel's mom, Shelby and Quinn have an argument over Beth during Season 3 during a few episodes.

One of the episodes is episode 3 (I Am Unicorn) when Quinn is still a 'skank'.

The other is during episode 4 (Pot O' Gold) because Quinn wants her back and she tries to plant things around Shelby's apartment so that Children's Services will see Shelby as an unfit mother. Puck tells Shelby about Quinn's plan and they have a fight then.

The character Artie Abrams is a paraplegic (paralyzed from the waist down) due to a car accident when he was 8-years-old.

However, Kevin McHale who plays Artie, is not a paraplegic in real life.

I think Glee. High School Musical was very very popular. Nobody can denay that. And although it took Glee some time to get really Popular, they managed too, and they are staying on top. Unlike High School Musical, who now noone remembers...

Puck and Quinn made out one drunken night and Puck and Quinn had unprotected sex and Puck "knocked her up". Puck then told Mercedes and Mercedes told the rest of the Glee club, but they didn't want Rachel to know because she wants Finn to be happy and they are afraid Finn might leave the glee club and if he does they have no shot at sectionals because he is the male lead of the group. However, Rachel eventually finds out and tells Finn (because Rachel has a crush on him) and he beats up Puck and asks Quinn if it was true that Puck is the father.

Finn: "So all that stuff in the hot tub, that--that was nothing?"

Puck: "You were just stupid enough to buy it!"
