You have to kill Big Smoke and Officer Tempani in the last mission; I suggest don't use too many cheats (under 700) before the mission: Mad Dogg (where he's jumping off the roof), during this mission if you have over 700 even if you have exactly 700, he will jump off the roof very quickly and you will not be able to catch him, you may use a cheat to slow down time but then again that will just give you quicker eye speed, because that will slow not just San Andreas, but you too. Once you beat all misions you can still wander around doing anything you want, going out with your girlfriends (if you haven't killed them or hit them before you started dating them). You also have the Tag sprays, the horseshoes, the photos and the oysters (I do these first for my gangs weapons and all you can get before starting missions). You can still lowride, dance, mod cars, stunt, be a manhore and make chaos.

Grand Theft Auto IV is a sandbox-style playing game. It takes place in a fictional parody of New York City called Liberty City. The difference between the earlier Liberty City games are missions, city maps, and car driving. In this game, the driving style is more of real-life. In the previous games, Liberty City looks much differently. There were only 3 boroughs (Portland Island, Staunton Island, and Shoreside Vale). In GTA IV, there are 5 boroughs (Broker=Brooklyn; Dukes=Queens; Bohan=Bronx; Algonquin=Manhattan; Alderney=Part of New Jersey near New York), but there is no Staten Island. You play as a Russian-Yugoslavian named Niko Bellic who escaped the war and boarded a ship to his cousin's (Roman Bellic) hometown. There are many transportations in Liberty City. First is cars. Cars are your main transport in the whole entire GTA series. Government Agensies vehicles appear in every game, too. Rockstar put 2 different police vehicles (Police Patrol=Chevy Impala Police; Police Cruiser=Ford Crown Victoria Police). They also include Firetruck, Airtug (Modified Baggage), Ambulance, FIB Buffalo (Similar to the FBI Cruiser only the agency has changed its name to Federal Investigation Bureau), Anihilator (police Chopper), and more. Another transportation mode is public transit. The Bus (Modified Orion V bus) and Subway (R-32 Cars) are the main public transportation vehicles in the whole entire series. The Subway is the easiest to find with trains arriving if you don't look in the direction that they are arriving from. There are bus depots around Liberty City that have at least 4 buses in each of them. You may see buses riding around the Francis International Airport. There are no airplanes that you can fly but you can go inside the Francis International Airport (JFK Airport) if you are not scared of getting 4 star wanted level. Final mode of transport is getting driven. Roman owns a car service company and his driver (who is pissed that Niko is driving free instead of paying) gives you a ride to your destination. Local taxis also give you a ride if you hold the "get in the car" button (XBOX=Y; PS3=▲). The main airport in all of Liberty Cities is the Francis International Airport located in Dukes. The terminal building is a parody of the Terminal 5 in the JFk Airport while the runway system is a parody of LaGuardia Airport's runway system. The nearest station near the airport is the Francis Internetional Airport Station serviced by the 3 and 8 trains. The train bridge looks just like the JFK Airtrain bridge however it doesn't sound like it.

Like in the other Liberty City, there is a subway system. The system in the older games were much more simpler, however the subway in GTa IV, it is more complex. The subway system consists of 4 lines and 8 trains. Alderney does not have the subway system because it serves as an individual state (Alderney State). When waiting for the train to arrive, always listen for the announcement (The train that's approaching is the [train line] train bound for [train's next stop] station.). The train in the boroughs except Algonquin are elevated while in Algonquin, only 1 stop is elevated and the rest are underground. The train is not free though. The train fare is 1 dollar for initial charge and 1 dollar for each stop (the stop that you boarded the train will not count as on of your stops). The fare is automatically deducted when you leave the train.

Like in San Andreas, there are also local highways, though the cars on them do not go above 15 mph (in San Andreas, the cars go 45 mph on the highways). The highways are not accurate to the New York City (Broker-Dukes Expressway East Side=Belt Parkway; BDE Broker Bridge Side=Unknown; Algonquin-Dukes Expressway West Side=Unknown; ADE FIA Side=JFK Expressway; Union Drive West=West Side Highway; Union Drive East=FDR Drive/Harlem River Drive; Plumbers' Skyway=Pulaski Skyway) though they provide fast rides if you go faster through traffic.

Regaining health can be done in 2 ways. One of the 2 ways are First Aid Kits (similar to Heart circles in older games). Another way is Fast Food Vendors and Restaurants (Burger Shot=Burger King; Cluckin' Bell=Taco Bell). Restaurants are cheaper ($2) and vendors are more expensive ($5). There are at least 2 restaurants in every borough. If there is a vendor that you have not damaged of didn't remebre seeing and there is no cashier, turn the camera around to not face the vendor and wait 2 seconds. Turn the camera and face the vendor and he will be there.

There is a respawning Sultan RS hidden behind the old garage block by the abandoned mansion in Westdyke, Alderney (the track leading into there is opposite the Burger Shot in Alderney).

Niko has to jack a police car and then tap into the cop computer with the use button. You need to look for 'View Current Crimes. There are 3 categories you can choose from: gang activity, car thefts and criminal on foot. To help get to a 100% completion you have to complete 20 of these missions, of whichever type, you do not have to pick specific ones.

When you have chosen your mission, you will get a red marker to follow and a timer. When you get to your objective, you can get out of the car if you need to, it does not cancel the mission. It is quite possible that you may get a police wanted when you are having a shoot-out, but if you survive the mission, this will be wiped out after completion.

The D-Pad is very important for gameplay:

On foot:

Up: Select phone

Right: Switch to next weapon

Left: Switch to previous weapon

Down: Zoom out

In vehicle:

Up: Select phone

Right: Select next radio station

Left: Select previous radio station

Down: Zoom out

The D-pad can also be used to quick switch weapons and select menus on your phone.

During some missions in Grand Theft Auto IV, you may start off with some guns to use during the mission. After the missions, you can then keep the weapons to use elsewhere in Liberty City.

If you are in desperate need of some high or low quality weapons, time to use a cheat code. Open your cell phone on the game screen, and type in the following numbers and ring them. This will activate them and you will have weapons fully loaded for your use; 482-555-0100. As well as this, it will also give you full health too, but blocks the 'Finish Him' achievement.

You can't. On a mission on the second Island, Algonquin, for Playboy X he will give you a brand new phone for free! Then to buy new wallpapers and ringtones go on the internet and go on the VIP phones website or whatever it's called. From there you can buy new things for your phone. you have to beat gerry's second mission, then do all 30 of stevies car thefts. then you can deliver cars to the lockup and get some decent cash.

There isn't a Lamborghini Gallardo in GTA IV.

If you play GTA IV on the computer yo can download mods, and then you can download a Lamborghini Gallardo and put it in the game.

There is no such cheat code for the car comet.

GTA 4 is not at all appropriate for a 12 year old in my opinion. The web site for this game does not even allow people that age to enter the site. (in other words, not unless you want your kid running around murdering people and stealing cars.)

When Niko's phone is upgraded, there is a camera option on one of the menus in the phone. The pictures cannot be saved however, and this camera option is used mostly in a couple of missions in the story.

Get a usb. At least more than 4gb. Stick it in your xbox 360. go onto system settings / memory. then it should show a usb. click it.and press configure now. MAKE SURE YOUR USB IS EMPTY. when it is done your usb is ready. Stick it in your computer and download either a GTA 4 game save on it or a mod.

No, there is no army call out during GTA IV. When you get to a six star wanted, you will get either NOOSE or the FIB, along with the cops, chasing Niko. I guess that the only time the army would be seen trundling along the streets of Liberty City these days, would be in the event of a terrorist attack or a natural disaster.

No, GTA IV does not work the same way as GTA: San Andreas. Niko can eat as much as he likes without getting fat, and he can run and swim as much as he likes without it affecting his fitness. However, he will get out of breath if he runs for any length of time, and will slow down a bit, before picking up the pace again.
