Yes it can be finished. The last mission is Keeping your Friends Close. Sonny comes to town and want the money . Lance was working with Sonny. So at the end they try to take all of your money and you are required to kill them both.

GTA Vice City had many good cheats. Its hard to select one. I would say cheats like "nuttertools", "seaways" and "panzer"were sexiest.

There is no cheat but, you can find it at diaz's big mansion go up the red stairs then the helicopter will be there.also you can find it at the roof of a property next to ammunation gun shop go in where it says roof access then the heli will be there!

Sorry but there is not an army base in liberty city, however after the mission bringing the house down head drive to the site where the explosion happened. Eventually after searching for about 2 minutes you will find a parking lot with 4 army soldiers armed with mp5s standing there doing absolutely nothing. The weird thing is that if you have a wanted level and you appear in the area the soldiers will not attack you.

You need to do the side mission after that.You cannot have more missions.You can drive taxi and do the mission.You can be police or the Ice cream seller.You also need to collect all the hidden packages.

What Happens Is That Your Girlfriend Denise(the one you saved in the burning house) She Takes You To The Police Station Where You Parachute At And She Accidentaly Gives You The Wrong Parachute And It Has No String To Pull And Then You Jump And You Can't Find The String And Then BAM!!!!! You Hit The Ground With Crushing Force And You Die During The Impact And It Shows A Movie Of The Medics Rushing You To The Hospital And They Give You CPR And Everything Like That But They Couldn't Revive You So Then They Bury You In The Subway Track And Denise Comes The Next Day And Commits Suicide(Allows A Subway To Hit Her) Right Where They Buried You And Then They Bury Her Right Next To You On The Same Subway Track. And That's What Happens At The End Of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.

There is no money code for the game.You cannot get money witout doing mission in PS2.Though people playing with PC can use trainer to increase money.
