Hades (Pluto)

In Greek mythology, Hades' wife and queen of the underworld is Persephone.

Hades is often seen as a vengeful, morbid, and cruel God. But in truth he isn't cruel, he is very just and fair.. however vengeful and morbid are true.

He is very passionate and loving toward his wife Persephone.

His Godly duties entail being the ruler of the Underworld and all the souls therein.

The Erinyes (Furies) are called his children by Persephone, they include Alecto, Tisiphone, Megaera.

Macaria is another daughter of Hades.

Cerberus also appears in the story of Orpheus, who lulled the dog to sleep with music on his way into Hades to search for his lover Eurydice.

The nymph Leuce, who was ravished by Hades, was metamorphosed by him into a white poplar tree after her death.
