what type of hamster do you have? my Syrian hamster Num nums always p.m.s with that stuff when i take her out. i think they just naturally do that. maby so it doesn't get all over the place, just get some unflavored dog treats, some wood, or some toys. they love all that stuff. Num nums usually pees on the wood and she has a house in her cage that she poos in. that makes it easier for me to clean her cage. hamsters naturally pee white stuff so don't worry about it.
