If you want to cast "Herbivicous" you have to first unlock the previous levels and when you are in 'Herbology' Level you'll be given your Herbivicous spell.

When the level starts first climb down from the stairs and head left of the screen, where you'll find some spiky plants. Head towards the big gate and cast Carpe Retractum. When the get opens, climb up the stairs and get to the Herbivicous Spell Book. Then you can cast Herbivicous.

It also goes on to mention that Dumbledore has to stretch high in order to kiss her hand and that Hagrid and Maxime's height differs by no more than an inch. ( Maxime being taller )

However, Frances de la Tour, the French actress who portrayed Maxime in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, is 5' 8" (1.73m) tall.
