I used for two years, have pale skin and yet unless you purposefuly look you cant tell it. There is no pain aside from a small prick when injected correctly. Make sure you read about injecting safely and correctly. Nonetheless, you are much more likely to become and addict or die from heroin overdose when injecting.

It is definitely possible if you got your tolerance up to that but that person is in serious need of an intervention and you should try to help them

heroine is not legal anywhere in the world. but there are some countries who will "look the other way" in most third world countries a simple bribe will do if you arent driving a convoy of it around.

yes I have had afgan brown heroin in very hard chunks,(you cant break it with your hands to put it into bags you have to use pliers or something) it was probably recompressed after been cut as I dount any street heroin is ever pure, as afgan brown heroin normally comes into the country in big brown chucks (seen it on T.V lol..)

No not at all.. Heroin is derived from the Opium Poppy. So the thought that any sort of "synthetic" version would exist would be nonsensical.
Heroin is (basically) extremely pure Opium, and is made through several chemical reactions. However if you choose to inject heroin, you would need to mix it with water in order for it to travel into your bloodstream. Whilst you are cooking the heroin and it is in the syringe it could be classed as "water based", but beware that it is not designed to stay this way for any length of time. Chances are that if it's a dirty syringe the heroin will congeal with your blood particles inside.

I definitely wouldn't advise it. My best friend overdosed and died mixing Oxycontin and heroin. So please just don't do it`.
