Nothing happens because I've done it and it doesnt do anything but burn yiyr eyes LOL(: be careful though!!(;
No, the result would be far too hot. Actually ketchup would work better although you would want to taste the result and modify it depending on theingredients at hand. At this point a bit of sarancho hot sauce or cayenne might be called for
Anyone who has ever peeled a jalapeno or made a chili relleno knows the answer to this question. Yes. That is why a lot of people prefer to buy hot sauces from websites like http://www.hotsaucehillbilly.com. The majority of the pain comes from the seeds inside the pepper and you should be especially careful when handling these (note that if you enjoy peppers but think they are too hot you can eat everything but the seeds to save yourself some pain).
Word to the wise, if you are looking to make your own, just use gloves when handling the peppers and DO NOT touch your eyes. The juices from the peppers can burn your eyes easier than your hands.
Hope that helps.

ANSWER:Its called Insane hot sauce, if you can find it. Take a heed of warning, don't even try it. ANSWER #2:by the Editor of The Hot Sauce CollectorSo, you'd like to know what is the hottest hot sauce on the market? Let's parse this question into two sub-questions. 1) What is the hottest hot sauce in the world? and, 2) what is the hottest hot sauce still in production?
Question 1) The Hottest Hot Sauce in the World - The hottest hot sauce in the world is Blair's 16 Million Reserve. It's technically not a sauce (it is a crystalized form of capsaicin), and its also no longer in production. Some measurements put its "hotness" at 16,000,000 Scoville Units, the maximum theoretical level. Here's a more detailed article: http://www.squidoo.com/thehottesthotsauce/
Question 2) The Hottest Hot Sauce Still in Production - The hottest hot sauce still in active production is The Source Hot Sauce, registering at 7,100,000 Scovile Units. The Source is a capsaicin extract.

I think pregnant women should limit intake of spicy food as well as eating one thing in abundance. For example a pregnant lady who eats a lot of peanut butter might cause her fetus to develop an allergy to peanuts later in life. Tabasco has a lot of vitamin C due to the chili but it should be consumed in moderation in my opinion but best to speak to your doctor.

The body's organs seem to deal well with capsaicin, the active ingredient in hot sauce that causes "hotness." No research as yet suggests that there is damage to internal organs as a result of heavy intake of hot sauce.
However, capsaicin can be dangerous in individual doses of great magnitude, and, in fact, can cause death.
Below is a link to the Materials Safety Data Sheet for capsaicin.
