right, its really easy okay just follow the steps and you'll be fine!

1) HOLD dwon your power button for a good one or two Mississippi

2) while you do this touch your center icon that looks like a house

a click sound and a kind of flash should happen if not try again!

Honestly it depends on the type of Android phone you have.

Though generally at the top of the phone you should see a indent. Put your finger here and pull away from the phone. It should allow you to pull the back off the phone.

Open up "all programs" and then "settings".

scroll down and tap "Locale & Text", tap on "Touch Input"

tap on "Text Input"

and uncheck predictive text and also word completion if you want to.

This will stop the keyboard putting in it's own words (so you can use the security image things).

Go to your internet browser > Menu > More > History > Menu > Clear History.

assuming you're with sprint i can the give you the bad news is not the phone ,most companies have contract to buy large quantity of phones and they alter the software within the phone to save themselves some money and keep bandwidth the mechanics when the touch pro came out was to direct all mms Thur Sprint system as they did to the less advanced equipment therefore to be able to get mms you would have get a new ROM for the touch pro if you're interested you can visit their forum on xda-developers.com and look for Raphael which is the code name of the touch pro and its counterpart the fuze on gsm network
