It is generally a good idea to avoid taking any other central nervous system (CNS) depressants while on any other central nervous system depressants (such as hydrocodone).

- oxycodone, morphine, etc (unless prescribed WITH hydrocodone)

Lortab is similar to vicodin. That means it has hydrocodone (an opiate like morphine) and acetominophin (tylenol). It can be shot up but it is difficult and sometimes dangerous. The only safe way to shoot up lortab (but it is still difficult and dangerous because hydrocodone is not meant for that, iv drugs can kill you much easier, more addicitve) is too dissolve them in water, then get the water cold (near freezing but not frozen) by putting it in a freezer for a while, then filter the water to get out all the undissolved fillers and acetominophin, then boil the water down to a volume that will fit in a syringe. Still this should only be injected in a vein because the particles left in it can hurt you (unless you use micron filter) (but doing this in vein is still very very dangerous!!!!). The water and everything the water touches it should be as clean and sterile as possible. Use only clean needles from a needle exchange or pharmacy. DONT DO THIS. JUST TAKE IT ORALLY! If you really wan't to shoot up, you wan't pills that are very small and don't have other ingredients. Also never try to inject codeine. Most commonly people use morphine pills or oxycodone pills that are concentrated (like 20, 40 or more milligrams in the pill, not 5 or 10). Find someone who knows what they're doing and will show you how. People at your needle exchange can help you be safe.

Zyprexa and Vicodin can be taken together safely. With any drug combination, there's always a potential for a negative reaction, but in my own experience, I have not heard or seen any bad reactions with this combination.

No, Oxycodone is in Percocet. If you're meaning Oxycontin and Percocet; the answer is still no because Oxycodone is the ingredient in Oxycontin and the same drug used in Percocet. The only difference is that it may show a higher amount of it, just say you took a few extra Percocet You're good either way though. Oxycontin just is a time released capsule with a large amount of Oxycodone(10-80mg/Each) in it and Percocet has a small immediate effective amount of Oxycodone(5-10mg/Each) mixed with APAP ([325-650mg/each] acetaminophen, Tylenol, etc.) in it. Yes, when I was hired in at my job a few years ago, the drug test results paper had Oxycodone (Percocet) and Oxycontin listed as 2 separate things. I also was drug tested when I was being put on Suboxone to quit doing painkillers, and they were listed as 2 separate things. Drug tests are able to distinguish between the two.

Do you mean Tylenol? Hydrocodone is only made with tylenol so, it is not a good idea to take MORE tylenol when you take Hydrocodone. Too much Tylenol can cause liver toxicity and that's not good.

Yes and no. While having a prescription for Vicodin gives you a legal right to have them in your possession and in your system, you cannot operate your vehicle under the influence of the drug. Believe it or not, you can actually get a DUI for it. Furthermore, remember that you are driving a commercial vehicle which is dangerous in it of itself, let alone driving a commercial vehicle under the influence of your legal prescription.
