You need to remove the entire headlamp to get to the parking lamp inside. Once removed and you've disconnected the wiring harness, the lamp can be extracted by removing the dust cap and pulling the holder which holds the parking lamp in place. It's quite a tight fit, so it doesn't come out easily, but whatever you do, do not pull the holder out by the wires, or you might damage them. Once the bulb holder has been removed from the head lamp assembly, you can simply pull out the bulb from it and replace it with a similar one. The type of bulb if I'm not mistaken is a T10 5 watt. I replaced mine with an LED equivalent, and you have to make sure that the LED equivalents are the same size as the halogen. As I said before, its a tight fit and anything bigger will simply not fit. Once the bulb has been replaced, you can push the holder back into the headlamp assembly, close the dust cap and reconnect the wiring harness. The tricky bit is getting the headlamp assembly back into the correct position. It took me a quite a few minutes off fiddling with it to get it back, and you have to be patient. Applying too much pressure will permanently damage the polycarbonate or break the plastic retainers on the bottom.

No Hyundai Dealer will disconnect a AIRBAG without risking loosing their Dealership.

Many customers want to put their baby seats in the front of the car and many times I have been asked to turn off the front airbags which is denied in all cases. Also children under 4ft tall must NEVER travel in the front of any car, nevermind with or without AIRBAGS.

You need to change the rear differential , Or disconnect the drive shaft from the rear wheel which is cheap and effective . but u cant go off road anymore , but the car goes very smooth and very fuel efficient after that .

YOU ARE SO RIGHT! Our mechanic just informed us that our 2006 Hyundai Sonata needs a new engine and that the timing chain needed to be replaced. It has been a lemon practically the whole 7 years that we've owned the car. It was bought as a "manager's special" back in 2005 and we left the lot with only 1,500 miles on the car. The electrical system is totally screwed up...i.e. windows will hardly roll down or up, passenger air bag does not work and door locks are not working right either. Hinges and screws are coming out and inside fixtures are breaking. Now we are told that it will cost $5,000 in repair bills to get this "piece of crap" fixed until we can afford to get another car. We have been to the Hyundai dealer off and on through the years...where we have received little to no support. They DO NOT stand behind their product or workmanship! Look at consumer reports...and read the reviews before you consider buying a Hyundai...they are very unreliable and made very poorly and will pay through the nose for car repair bills.
