The purpose of the original gateway to the Taj Mahal was twofold. First, it was to keep the view of the main building from sight until it could be viewed under the archway, where it is framed magnificently. The Taj Mahal is from the inside it is made from great white marble and has Mumtaz's body in it (that was his wife that passed away) and that is all I know about what the Taj Mahal looks like you could search it up on google.

Problem was to decide with the constructors, architects and main builders to be decided. If after building the unique monument, the <creators> allowed to go <free>, they would be able to build another masterpiece like the Taj (at that time, no such building with that dimension was available). So the secretarite and the Emperor Sha Jahan had tob decide, how to eliminate the architects. Some were killed, some cut the tongue, some made blind. Its crucial, torturious but a fact.

Yes, Taj Mahal is called the monument of Love. Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built it in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal.

Isa Khan was an architect from Shiraz in Iran. He designed the Taj Mahal and then, the Emperor, Shah Jahan had the architect's hands cut off so that he'd never be able to design a unique building like it again.
