Taj Mahal is a part of the pre-Muslim fort built by the Rajput Kings; it was not built by any Muslim but a Muslim king called Shah Jehan took it from a Rajput king Jagat Singh and remodelled it by putting two red mosques on two sides of a white temple of Siva.

The whitle marble building faces East, according to Hindu religion. There are motifs of flowers, plants which are prohibited in Islamic building. On the top dome there is lotus, cocoanut, trident, all Hindu symbol.

Like most buildings Muslims who came to India as barbarian Arab, Mongol, Turks could only convert the buildings into Mosques as they did also in Istanbul.

Mongols or Mughals are still nomadic uncivilized people ( before they came into contact with the Russians). They live in tent even today. How can they think of Taj Mahal?

Stones dislodged from the so-called Kutub Minar have Hindu images on one side with Arabic lettering on the other. Those stones have now been removed to the Museum. They clearly show that Muslim invaders used to remove the stone- dressing of Hindu buildings, turn the stones inside out to hide the image facial and inscribe Arabic lettering on the new frontage.

Bits of Sanskrit inscriptions can still be deciphered in the premises on numerous pillars and walls. Numerous images still adorn the cornices though disfigured.

1 reason is that due to pollution the air become full of dirt and after that when rain come it come with the dirt air in the form of acid rain

Taj Mahal is a pre-Islamic fort. The construction and architecture reveals that. What is now Taj Mahal was a part of a huge building. Mongols when they overrun India were uncivilized nomadic barbarians never seen any buildings but used to live in tents ( they still do, go to Uzbeckistan and see). They could never built Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal was a temple of Shiva. Mongol emperor Shahjehan took it back from Jagat Singh and reconstructed as a Mosque, but with a wrong direction (facing East rather than West).

Shah Jehan had no wife named Mumtaj Mahal or Taj Mahal. The name of the quuen who was buried next to him was named Arjumand Zamani.

Shah Jahan wanted to build it to show how much he loved his wife Mumtaz Mahal and to honor her.

Distance Between Delhi and Taj Mahal is 253 kilometers it may differ from the point you take as reference ( plus minus 40 km due to the size of Delhi )

The purpose of the original gateway to the Taj Mahal was twofold. First, it was to keep the view of the main building from sight until it could be viewed under the archway, where it is framed magnificently. Secondly, it served as a transition from the outer, more physical world to the inner part of the Taj complex, which represented the peaceful, more spiritual side.

This effects the foreign reserves of our country as they buy tickets is dollars they have to exchange dollars for rupees in India to stay.

As they stay in Hotels, buy stuff, need transport to move around, they have to exchange dollars which increases our foreign reserves.

And this results in the increase of the value of rupee.

The Taj Mahal is from the inside it is made from great white marble and has Mumtaz's body in it (that was his wife that passed away) and that is all I know about what the Taj Mahal looks like you could search it up on google.

Problem was to decide with the constructors, architects and main builders to be decided. If after building the unique monument, the <creators> allowed to go <free>, they would be able to build another masterpiece like the Taj (at that time, no such building with that dimension was available). So the secretarite and the Emperor Sha Jahan had tob decide, how to eliminate the architects. Some were killed, some cut the tongue, some made blind. Its crucial, torturious but a fact.

Yes, Taj Mahal is called the monument of Love. Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built it in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal.

Taj Mahal is made of white marble and decorated with different precious stones.

It was built around 1631 as a mausoleum (a tomb) for the wife of Emperor Shah jahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal by the emperor himself. When the Shah died he was also buried alongside his beloved wife.

Although the Taj Mahal is now a beautiful tourist attraction and one of the most beautiful structures in the world, it is still essentially a tomb, and continues to be so to this day, as both the Shah and his wife are still buried at the centre of the building.
