Microdermabrasion is a skin rejuvenation technique that works by peeling off the dead skin cells layer, revealing the new skin layer underneath.

In fact, clogged pores are caused by dead skin cells, dirt, bacteria or dust which accumulates on the stratum corneum layer of the skin. So basically, when microdermabrasion peels off the layer of dead skin cells, it clears out the clogged pores as well.

If your skin is not tough enough fot the climbing that you want to do, wear gloves. Your skin will gradually get tougher in response to the stress that is placed on it, but you can't really hurry this process and there is no need to do so. With the right kind of clothing, your skin will be protected.

The temperature of the skin varies widely depending on core body temperature, the region of the body, and the environmental temperature. The body works hard to maintain a stable core temperature, but that means that there is wide variation in skin temperature.

A virus is the smallest because you can see a freckle with naked eye and you can see a skin cell under ordinary light microcope but viruses are ultramicroscopic and cannot be seen under light microcope. Instead a virus can only be seen under high resolution electron microscope.

Sebum (colloquially referred to as oil), is secreted from sebaceous glands in the skin and is used to lubricate the skin and hair.

The dermis and epidermis are two parts of what is called true skin. There is another layer underneath the dermis but it is NOT part of the skin. It is called the hypodermis.
The epidermis is further divided into four other layers:stratum basale, stratum spinosium, stratum granulosum, and stratum corneum (top most). The dermis is further divided into two layers, the superficial area adjacent to the epidermis called the papillary region and a deep thicker area known as the reticular dermis.

The dermis, the layer just below the epidermis, is made up of collagen, elastin fibers, and blood vessels. Together they make your skin spongy and plump.

Okay well first if you have dark skin . i know how u feel and some of you may like winter becus the sun is mostly never out and it,s always cloudy .by the past few days you notice that your skin is light and pale and you have smooth skin . And you love it so much ! so then when spring kicks in you go out side the sun it there !

1# stay out of the sun as much as you can

2# take a lot of baths as you mostly do

3# rub lemon on your skin to kill the dead skin cells off :example when you get out of the shower your much brighter becuse the dead skin cells are gone .

4# if you think rubeing lemon on yourself is weird you can buy cheap good lotion that lemon kind to do it

#5 where sunscreen when your going outside helps a lot

6# where sun glasses too ^_^.

7# don,t be scared if people juge you i do it somtimes.too. but take an umbrella out side with you it,s your choice !

8#during the summer if you don,t have any plans just stay in side on the computer and do some things that distract you from going outside
