Is a 119 IQ average for a 19 year old male?
No.
100 is average for any age.... age is a factor in calculating IQ.
Across all groups, 100 is the average.
His IQ was reputed to be in the 200 range, based off of his WW2 intelligence test scores and his achievements. Source = Book Discussion Essential Herman Kahn | Video | C-SPAN ...
Who is highest IQ human in the world?
Marilyn Vos Savant is the world record holder with 228. But it is now accepted that this is not a true measure of intelligence, so world record IQs are no longer measured by Guinness.
Is 113 IQ good for a 17year old?
America's average is about 100. 117 is above average so it is very good!
it is highly unlikely that your IQ is that high
but if it is thenit is higher then Albert Einsteins, Ben Franklin, and Bill Gates.
Assuming that a score of 135 was earned on a test with a standard deviation of 15 (not 16 or 24) (e.g. Wechsler, as opposed to Stanford-Binet or Cattell), said score places one at the 99th percentile (assuming a mean score of 100; globally, mean IQ is approximately 88, circa 2015, placing a score of 135 above the 99.9th percentile [one per one-thousand people]). There are some intellectual (high-IQ) societies that accept only individuals who have scored at or above the top 1% (mean 100); the largest and oldest of these is Intertel.
What is below average IQ for an adult?
First the only thing that an IQ test measures is the ability to do IQ tests. 100 is considered average IQ.

The IQ test is based on how many questions you did, and how many of those you got right. Example: 50 questions on the test, you ANSWERED 40. They take a small percentage off because you didn't finish all of them. So out of 40, you got 30 right. That's a 75% But they would take off because you only finished 40 out of the 50. So your final score would be around 70%. HOPE THAT HELPS! XOXO!
marliyn vos savant has the best IQ ever her highest IQ is 230
If an IQ of 160 is considered genius at what level does genius end?
It is not the numerical value (for example, 160) of the IQ test that matters, but rather the percentile (usually above the 98th) and the standard deviation (usually two standard deviations) that indicates potentially superior intelligence. The numerical score on one IQ test does not even have the same meaning as the same numerical score on a different type of IQ test. For example. An IQ score of 160 the Cattell Culture Fair IQ test is only equal to a score of 140 on the Wechsler (both are very strong scores).
To make matters even more confusing, many tests administered have a ceiling of only 140 to 160. That means that the highest score one could get on certain tests may only be 140, even if that person could achieve a statistically higher score on a different test.
The consensus in the field of psychology is that a score of two standard deviations above the norm (roughly higher than 95 to 98 percent of the population) is an indication of very superior intelligence. Sometimes the word "gifted" is used. Scoring significantly higher than two standard deviations above the norm is basically meaningless. To accurately measure intelligence beyond two standard deviations above the norm requires a deeper analysis by an expert in the field of psychology specializing in psychometric analysis.
Again, whether or not someone is actually a "genius" requires a more careful psychometric study of an individual's intellectual strength (mathematical, spatial, linguistic, pattern-solving, etc.). Though the belief is often held by lay persons and children that IQ tests are "genius detectors", no IQ test can honestly indicate if someone is actually a genius. Scoring the same on an IQ test as Stephen Hawking does not make you as smart as Stephen Hawking.
IQ tests are not without limitations. Unfortunately, in some instances high IQ scores are actually more of an indication of a person's familiarity with IQ tests and not the individual's real intelligence level. IQ tests are also academically loaded to some degree, resulting in persons with less access to academic resources during their lives having artificially lower scores than persons with greater access. An individual's score may also vary (usually by about ten points) depending on diet, stress, level of sleep, etc.
In the United States of America, Marilyn vos Savant has been extensively studied and it was determined using modern standards that her approximate IQ level would be equivalent to at least 228; meaning that her intelligence level appears in the general population with a frequency of about 1 to a million. That are a handful of other individuals who have been estimated to have even higher intelligence quotients. What one has to understand is that this was the result of an advanced cognitive study and not simply Marilyn vos Savant sitting down with a number two pencil and a multiple choice test.

An IQ score of 140 is considered Genius, so 160 is definitely in the genius range. 140 is the lowest score in the Genius IQ range. The highest IQ measured under the current testing is 210. (This statement is actually not entirely accurate. See explanation above)
Is a 112 IQ score good for an 8 year old?
Yes, that's good. Anything over 100 means that you are smarter than the average person.
Is a 103 good on an IQ test for a 14 year old?
100 is average so i think you are just over avage then. Sometimes it depends on your mood and health at the time, but i got 121 IQ when i was 9 and 4 months. :D
I think the average IQ score is 100. But if you are a kid. It probably is different.
