Tony Stark is the name of the protagonist in the Iron Man movies. He is a fictional character. Tony Stark is famous for being Iron Man and saving the world from many villans.

"Iron Patriot" is the code name for a suit of powered armor like Iron Man's in the Marvel comics.

Who wears the suit depends on when and where, exactly, you're talking about. Norman Osbourne and James Rhodes have worn it in the main Marvel continuity. In Ultimate Marvel, it's worn by Tony Stark.

Again, depending on the continuity, Iron Patriot may just be a rename/new paint job on "War Machine" (James Rhodes).

Tony Stark created a special suit of Iron Man armour for Pepper Pots, which she used taking the name "Rescue". See Marvel Comics "Invincible Iron Man #10 (February 2009) onwards".

If you mean that round, later triangle, advice in his chest, it is a so-called arc reactor. The round one was made with palladium (which in Iron Man 2 poisoned his body so he replaced it), the triangle one with an element that Tony "re-discovered" (I am not quite sure about the name though).
