just keep shooting him with your weapons and dodge his attacks. the bestthing to do is use the building near where the fight begins as a barrier between you and him. shoot at him until your power is low then hide behind the building until your life support power goes back up. i find using the suit with the shield also helps prevent taking additional damage when trying to heal activate the shield with the x button when hiding behind the building to heal. dont forget to turn it off with x ewhen you want to start shooting him again because your weapons will go real slow if your shield is draining all your power
