yes 19.5 wheels and tires will fit in place of 16 inch you just can't put 16 inch in place of 19.5 like the nqr has nqr has bigger calipers up front rotors are also interchangable npr is just a little smaller but will bolt in place i own a nqr and a npr basically the same truck i have an npr rear end under my nqr

Depends on alot of things- how tight were they made? are the studs and nuts rusted?, etc.

The Isuzu NPR uses 85W140 gear oil in the differential and you can use chevron starplex 2 grease when greasing the chassis.

The Manufacturer specification lists the front rotors as 1.020" new, & 0.969" minimum (discard). A refinish minimum is 0.983"

Well assuming the year..... if it has a jacto transmisson drain and fill is 4qts of mercon3 or 5 if you drop the trans pan and change filter then it will hold 6.5qt. Jatco trans were paired with the 4bd2-tc.engine models. Note: If it has been updated with spin-on aux trans filter add 1qt.

If you have a 4heisx or 4hk a drain and spin on filter it will be 3.5-4qts of mercon 3 or 5 if pan and screen is replaced along with the spin-on trans filter then it will be 6.5-7qts

I have had this happen 4 times to me on one truck! What you have to do is send the drive-line out WITH THE PARK BRAKE DRUM ATTACHED as well and get it balanced. I sent just the d-line out for balancing and it happened again!!. So we sent the parking brake drum along with the d-line and haven't seen truck sense. Trust me been their done that. Let me guess the engine is a gasoline powered 5.7L Chevy 350?? Ya it is!

Drain out engine coolant. Remove grille. Remove heater core hoses (2, obviously). There are 2 bolts by those hoses you just removed, so you need to pull those. Remove dash panel. The air duct system has several screws that you need to remove. Start pulling the duct system out on the passenger side. On the back side (facing bulkhead) there are 2 screws by the blend door that hold the heater core in place. Remove them and it slides right out. Reverse instructions to re-install. Be sure to top off coolant and run system to check for leaks.

The green light in the instrument cluster means that the exhaust brake is on, which is a good thing if you drive mainly in the city. the exhaust brake allows you to elongate the life of your brake shoes or pad by using engine exhaust as a brake.

An NPR diesel uses a 15w-40 weight oil in most applications. Gas engines use 10w-30.

Yes, but heating oil is not taxed and is therefore illegal to use in an on-road vehicle. It has dye in it, and if you are ever stopped and they find dye in your tank, the fines are pretty hefty. While you might get away with it in your personal diesel vehicle, a commercial rig like an NPR might be under a bit more scrutiny.

you should be able to isolate a bad wheel bearing by having the vehicle on a lift or if at home jacks to lift front first then rear of vehicle and feel for top and bottom of tire movement and then spin each wheel and listen for a metallic scrub sound. a good bearing will be quiet. If need be remove brake calipers and pads at each wheel to elimnate being fooled by brake pad normal scrub noise as wheel is spun. good luck!
