Double barrel? Single barrel? Model? Need more information in order to be able to answer.

Just had a Ithica double barrel 20 ga. reblued by my gunsmith. He said it was worth about $600. Since my Ithica had sentimental value as a family gun I had it re-blued. He also mentioned that the 20 ga. is less common than the 12 ga., and has a higher value.

The X-5 Lightning was the first rifle made by Ithaca. It is a semi-automatic .22 cal rim-fire, and was made between 1958 - 1964. They came with a clip that held either 7 or 12 shells, or a tubular magazine that held 16 rounds. The X-15 was an "improved" version made between 1964 - 1967, and only came with a clip.

I have several guns that are my fathers that I am selling for my mom. I was able to find on different websites a good idea of price for the Ruger guns, but have not found any info for the 4th gun. It has an H&R symbol and is .22 cal.

Impossible to answer without a detailed description of all markings, caliber, finish, etc..

I believe that it was made in 1938. The value depends a lot on its condition. Generally a 16 GA is worth more than a 12 GA. If in very good condition it is probably worth $400 - $500. Check on www.gunbroker.com to see if any similar guns are listed.

I suspect that it should bring $450 - $700, since 16 GA guns are generally more valuable than 12 GA guns. If it has a ventilated rib, it will be worth more than if it has a plain barrel.

The gun was made in 1924. Value has a lot to do with its overall condition, what gauge it is, which model and grade it is, etc. For a 12 GA double in very good condition, the value is probaby between $300 and $500. Watch for similar guns on www.gunbroker.com to get an estimate of its market value.

Ithaca 500 model shotguns were imported by SKB (japanese manuf.). They are currently selling on gunbroker.com for $600-$1200 depending on condition.

The New Ithaca Double models were first made in 1925, but the starting serial number for them was 425000. If it was a New Ithaca Gun (NIG), then it would have been made in 1890-91.

All of the Model 37's are "Featherlights" with one exception that I know of. There is a series of 20 GA guns that are "Ultrafeatherlights", weighing about 4 3/4 pounds, that are great for upland game hunting.

This gun was made in 1968 and should be worth around $250-$300 if in good shape and if is a 12 GA. If it is a 16 or 20 GA it will be worth a little more.

Made in 1913. Depending on the condition and the gauge, it might bring anywhere from $300 - $700, with the 20 Ga guns worth more than the 12 Ga guns; and obviously - one in very good condition (no rust, all original, locks up tight, blueing still on the barrels, pretty wood, original butt plate, etc.) bringing the highest amount. You might like to watch www.gunbroker.com to see if someone advertises one similar to yours.

You will need to provide a lot more information to get an accurate answer. For instance - do you know the model? The serial number? What kind of condition it is in? How is it choked? What grade it is (engraving on it or not, other markings, etc.)

Value anywhere between $300 to $1500. Damascus barrels are less desirable than "fluid steel". Standard guns came with a slim forearm, double triggers, and extractors. . Single Selective trigger, beavertail forearm, ejectors, engraving and other options can dramatically boost values. I haven't followed prices for 5 or 6 years, so it may have changed.....
