Edit: sorry about that i forgot to log in, but no there isn't an app that can tell what song youre listening to without a microphone. Its like a person with no ears trying to hear.

If you have dropped your ipod i the sink do not try and use it it will affect it worse first put in a bag of rice for up to a week . Or a very very dry room like close to the furnace about 4 ft away though. if still not working then check in the headphone jack shine a light in there and see if it is half red/pink <--- that means they'll know that it been dropped or exposed to water. it may work charge it and go directly under a light you may see finely the colors.

my ipod has done this and i can still use it just not easily as before I'm going to send it away to fix the LED light

If you delete a purchased game, it will probably warn you saying that if you delete it then you will either have to plug up your iPod and go on Apps and get it back or repurchase it!

My younger daughter had the same problem, but my own account and that of my older daughter were working just fine. After fiddling awhile with different accounts and no joy, I wondered if age might be the issue (she's 10). I went back through her info data at http://myinfo.apple.com/ and changed her birthdate to indicate that she was 20 years older and voila - it stopped giving me the "An error occurred. We couldn't save your changes" error message. When I changed the birth year back and told it to save changes, it again gave me the error message. I input several different birth years, and it appears that the date must indicate at least 13 years old, which is the age of consent for many things internet, including iTunes, so this makes sense, though why this wasn't an issue before and why iTunes doesn't indicate that as the problem is a mystery to me. In any case, I am now able to download apps with her account via both iTunes and her iPod touch with no problems!

If you have forgotten the username and password from previously, you will have to reactivate for a new one. Your computer will say transfer purchases or erase and sync, when on itunes and syncing your ipod with a new library. But if you remember your email and password you may be able to see your username, your username is your email.

When downloading an app, you are not obliged or forced to download music. Music and apps can be downloaded separately. They can be downloaded either through iTunes or through the App Store.

You go onto iTunes. Up in the top left area there's a file there it's one of the last ones, not "File" or "Edit" but near the end. Possibly second to last. My computer wont let me on iTunes right now. You click "Find Album Artwork" and it finds all the album artwork for legit CDs you may have.
