1 pound of pistachios
3 tablespoons of of juice from a can of pickled jalapenos.
1 jalapeno whole sliced paper thin and diced.
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of red pepper
1 tablespoon of white pepper
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika.
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 gallon sealable bag.
Put all of the ingredients in the bag and shake until evenly distributed.
pour out contents on to a cookie sheet
bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until sliced jalapenos are completely dry.
let cool-enjoy.
don't be tempted to use more liquid as this will make the nuts soft.
