What is the Intake exhaust tork specs for a 1998 jeep 4.0?
The exhaust nuts are 20 ft. Lbs. I couldn't find the ones for the intake but i would guess somewhere around the same, just make sure on the intake gasket you tighten from the middle bolts out so it doesnt bunch up in the center if you understand what i mean.
Why is there water in the floorboard of your jeep?
We own a '98 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had the same problem. We took it in for service and found out that the drainage from the condenser under the dash was clogged. They replaced a hose and no more water. The hose goes from under the dash to inside the well on the door and then to the underside of the jeep. Hope that helps!

If you have a hard top on your jeep that was designed to have hard doors then they must be on. If you are running with your soft top where the doors are designed to be removed then you are fine and if you are running with a bikini top then the vehicle is considered an open vehicle and no doors are required. In all cases you must comply with the restraint belt requirements.
