My thought is that Doug G was an occasional lover but more a worker. As pilot, assistant, arranger, etc and was more of a cover for the much younger model Robert. Perhaps Doug was involved sometimes but the primary relationship being between Britz and Travolta. It actually makes a lot of sense being that Britz knew Way too much info to have just been a secondary boyfriend of Doug’s. Also he never tried at any point to go after John for $ even though he knew Everything, and probably much more, which was obvious in the original article. No one ever got to the bottom of what he saw on that video and maybe he’s in it and just didn’t tell the entire story because he wasn’t properly asked?. How many boyfriends would spend that much time sharing very intimate details about their X, including showing video when they are Dougs age dating Robert, a very young model?. Why would someone like Robert, a model, date a much older guy like Doug. Where would they even meet?. Really strange optics. He would date John though. Perhaps Doug found him. I wonder how Doug and Britz met in the first place. Seems like a very odd match. Dating John though, I could see him thinking it might help his career. Perhaps everything he said was true in the interview from the stance of Doug’s occasional relationship with John. I wonder if they ever specifically asked if Britz had dated John at any time?I Wonder where Britz was living during this time, must have been young. I think there is an absolute possibility that John Travolta and Robert Britz were lovers and perhaps boyfriends, with Doug, as an employee of Johns arranging it and then when fired turned on John and acted like it was all him. Perhaps Britz was just worried that Doug would talk so went to the press first so people would definitely believe that Doug was the real lover and Britz just made up the second boyfriend deal.

FALSE!!! ANSWER: That is pure lunacy. The 'Grease'look was very popular in the fifties and sixties (in fact, it was reffered to as 'greaser') and could be obtained by rubbing simple car grease through the hair. A bit messy and unhealthy for the hair in the long run, yet visibly appealing all the same. I expect that car grease wasn't used in the movie production, however, for the sake of it. They might have used alternative hair products to obtain the look.
