Yes. DiZ planned to stop Roxas when Sora's memories were beginning to be restored. DiZ wanted to foil the Organization's plan, so he ordered Riku to stop Roxas. DiZ then put Roxas in a virtual Twilight Town to be safe from the Organization. DiZ wanted Sora to become whole again so that Sora could defeat Organization XIII, but this was impossible if Roxas was still active in the Organization.

Before KH3 comes out, I believe Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix will be released. Even the release date for that game is unknown, so it could be a while before we hear anything of a release date for Kingdom Hearts 3. (I am improving this answer because Tetsuya Nomura said that he was never going to bring the game KH II:Final Mix to the US,he said it will remain in Japan.)

Its kinda complicated but most would say in Kingdom Hearts 2 after you beat 1000 Heartsless and you see Xemnas in the dark depths when Sora demands to know if he knows where Kairi is. But it turns out that in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix you fight Xemnas in the place in where you fought Dragon Maleficent in Hollow Bastion plus Xemnas kinda talks about Sora being incomplete to him. In other word he telling him about Roxas without saying his name.

If I am remembering it correctly: Go out the door where the save point is (the one inside the house) and there should be some stairs to the right outside the door. At the top of the stairs is a doorway/archway, just go down the hall and down some stairs and it should be an area to the left that you can go to. Follow that pathway which should be some kind of path and you should eventually reach the fissure where there's a chest with the torn page and a save point.

He is very tall, compared to all the other characters. But you've got to take in consideration what Terra from KH: Birth By Sleep's height was, since they are practically the same. I got stuck on that too because in Jiminy's journal it said, "Oh, let's go look for Jasmine!" lol so I was walking aroung Agrabah for hours and it took me, like, 3 weeks to figure it out. The first Thunder is learned by defeating the Hydra in Olympus Coliseum. To get Thundara and Thundaga after Thunder, defeat Storm Rider in Land of Dragons to get Thundara and Groundshaker in Pride Lands to max out Thunder. (Thundaga)

Elbow grease! I recommend leveling up to at least 45. It will make it easier to cruise on through to the end of the game. Make sure you have as much invested in HP as you feel comfortable without squandering your CP. it should be a healthy balance between the two, with sleights thrown in as seasoning, not the main course. Find what works best for you, but try and get as much defensive buffer in your green health bar as possible, and strong sleights to whip Riku into shape. May I recommend Oogie Boogie? Pandora's gear + has every ones (In my opinion exept Roxas and Sora's.) strongest weapons. sora roxas and riku all have the zero gear riku has way to dawn sora has dream sword and roxas gets duel wield roxas with zero gear and three ability units. but Axel's is with Pandora's gear +. it is called prominence + it gives him +110 strength + 34 magic + 10 critical % and +10 critical bonus.
