You'd also have to ask if you mean in college, D1, D2 or D3, or Pros - MLL or NILA. In any league, one could argue that the best lacrosse goalie is the one with the best goals against average or the best save percentage. One could further argue that the best goalie is the player on the team with the best record. Since goalies do so much more for a team than merely make saves.

This question may contain a lot of different answers because there are different rules about this everywhere. I'm not a very big fan of lacrosse but for this answer you are going to have to ask your coach. Your coach may know the answer to this.

Normally the lacrosse head is screwed into the shaft. You can therefore use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw connecting the head to the shaft. once the screw is removed you will be able to remove the head from the lacrosse shaft
