They did a bit of lip synching back in the 80's on some Japanese shows, but they don't do it now. So no, Ann does not lip synch :) She has no need to with a voice like hers.

Only sometimes, and some artists. For example, Carrie Underwood does not lip-sync. On the other hand, someone like Eminem would have a hard time singing live. So it really depends on who you're talking about....

Most celebrities lip sync at some point or another. Particularly in videos and movies, Typically the song is recorded in the studio and then they lip sync their own voice while dancing or being on the beach or wherever.

There is less problems with noise from the environment and trying to sound clear while dancing around an moving.

I think so.. Though his dynamic 'dance', his voice is so natural and stable.. effortless...

Vitas does NOT lip sync in live concert. I have seen him three times from the front row! He sings live. All performers sync on TV. Vitas is very good at dancing and singing at the same time, but it is very evident his concerts are live! You can even hear his live voice when he pulls the mic away. Why will people just not believe that he is THAT GOOD!!!???

Well he used to sing, but now sice he's like 60, his voice isn't high enough for his old songs, so now he lip scyncs (at least some of the time.)
