1.Watch your form and apporach I cant tell you how many times I have seen kids just run and jump at the bar without proper form that kills them in later heights.
2. Shoes if your not wearing spikes chances are your sliping when you go on your curve causeing you to lose momentum and your center of balance is off
3.Work out your legs with lunges and bleachers
4.Hops 2 sets of 30 seconds on each leg(you lift one leg and hop in a small square touching all four coners with your ball of your foot. Fellow high jumper- My secret to winning every meet is the warm up before the meet starts, you have to be selfish in getting practice jumps in and get your legs warm and the blood pumping before you jump. lean in a tad bit more on the later end of your "J" giving you more spring as you jump straight up. Form is the most important part- I'm only 5'1" and I can jump 5'4" because i have great form and high speed. good luck!

When do you jump out of a plane?
Skydivers have jumped at the North and South poles, so it is possible to jump in any temperature on earth. For all practical purposes if you're doing a first jump, you'll be comfortable when the ground temperature is above 40 degrees, and below 100 degrees. It is possible to skydive at night, and is in fact a requirement for the USPA D license, but student jumps are required to be done during daylight hours. Licensed skydivers set their own wind limits, generally between 15 and 30 mph, but solo student jumps are required to be done at a maximum wind speed of 15 mph (individual DZs can file a waiver to this requirement). The minimum opening altitude for licensed skydivers in the US under USPA requirements is 2000', since it's a violation of the Federal Aviation Administration law to jump through clouds, this effectively requires that any cloud overcast be above 2000'. Student skydivers are required to open by 3,000'. Your question is a bit vague and open ended, hopefully I hit on what you needed to know.

The record was held for a very long time by Colonel Joe Kittinger who managed a staggering freefall time of 4 minutes 36 seconds jumping from an altitude of 102,800ft (also an altitude record).
Since then, wingsuit skydiving has taken over the record setting. The discipline still involves freefall so is applicable, however it changes frequently. Adrian Nicholas set the first of these wingsuit records in March 1999 with a freefall time of 4 minutes 55 seconds. Currently, a trio of Spanish skydivers (Santi, Toni and Alvaro) hold the record at 6 minutes 47 seconds, but this will undoubtedly increase as time goes on.
Making a wingsuit record like this requires quite a few things:

Is long jump and triple jump same?
Long jump: 1. Run as fast as you can! Sprint like your life depends on it! Without speed, you won't have strength in your jump, and the jump will not turn out... 2. Don't stop, then jump! If you sprint down, then stop at the beginning of the pit, then jump, there would be no point of running in the first place. You need to keep it smooth, so that when you come to the pit you can place your foot down like you were about to run another stride, but then jump. 3. You have to have strength in your jump. Use your strong foot, the foot you would use to kick a soccer ball. Make sure you use all your strength that is in your leg. Jump forward, not up. You need to have lots of thrust to make it strong. 4. Use your arms. It may sound odd, but if you use your arms you will go farther, you'll have more thrust. Pump them as if you were running in the air. Doing that with your legs can help, too. 5. Fall forward, not back. If you have to fall, make sure your falling forward. Falling back will just take away lots of length off your good jump. 6. Practice, practice, practice! The more practicing you do, the better you get. I know it sounds lame, but it's true! Triple Jump: Use the exact same strategies that are up there, except with the hop, skip, jump. Practice them so you can put it together smoothly. I'm good at triple jump, and I made it to the track finals for long jump. These are the strategies I use. I hope they help you! Good luck!
