I think that to cure a cat that lives outside that is sick (has a cold and or stuffy nose) is to see a vet or to do it by yourself . Now I am just guessing and I am 9,so I think you should read all the others 1st before you read mine. I think that it is sort of like the croup.Well the cure is. All you have to do is (I THINK)get in a tent and take the cat and put it in there and sit the tent by the fire for at least 1 or 2 minutes.Now remember I am 9 so read the others 1st!PLZ!This kid sounds like he knows what he is doing. Somewhat. Understand cats dont get stuffy, or runny noses very often. Try steaming your cat. Leave him in the bathroom with a hot shower going. You may wish to join him so he doesn't get curious and jump in. The steam will somewhat clear the cats sinus's. If this doesn't work at all--see a vet, He may have an infection and may need some antibiotics. Hope I helped.
