Possibly the only thing you would experience is a headache because Marijuana is only effective once THC starts being developed by the plant which is the flowering stage. Some say atleast 30 days and up to 60 before the plant developes THC. Whenever it "buds" is the best time to smoke it, although I wouldn't recommend using marijuana due to the health risks and IT IS ILLEGAL.

There are many ways to do this. hang them in a warm place with tons of humidity for 10-14 days. The downside is they are chances of getting mold, and if its to hot the smell and taste of the bud decreases.

Instead of this there is a simpler way, and more effective.

freeze drying weed preserves its smell, and potency.

place your bud in the freezer in your refrigerator.

Then put them in a vacuum sealed bag. Then place them in a dark place for 10 to 20 days depending on how dense the bud is.

once they are opened the buds should be properly dried.
