Savage springfield model 511 12 gauge double barrel?

Condition is everything in guns. If the stock has damage (cracked) bluing

worn off (or partially) the receiver, but still shoot able, Maybe $125 (better known

as a working gun).

In excellent shape ( all the bluing is intact on the receiver/barrels, stock is

uncracked) $250-350, depending on region/area.

Keep in mind that the Springfield brand was discontinued around 1948, so your gun

predates that time. Savage introduced it's replacement in 1949 with the Stevens

Model 311. Hope this helps.

Marlin 39a ejection problems?

Generally, ejection problems in the 39A are caused either by accumulated gunk, or by a weakened or broken ejector spring.

Clean the gun, first. If that doesn't fix the ejection problem, then replace the ejector spring. It is easy to replace, as it's held in with a screw.

The spring is Marlin part number 402095 and is available from www.brownells.com as their part number 550-402-095, priced at $2.73.
