No you cannot.for getting admission for M.Tech/M.E you have to write GATE exam conducted by IITS all over India. most of the institute accept its score for its admission into their M.TEch. As you are from Bsc. IT, You can also Apply for M.Sc IT and then go for M.Tech. I would like to say the basics make your hold good in the field and then you can pursue M.Tech in artificial Intelligence because that is the most unexplored field these days and has more opportunities. I would like to tell you there are few colleges that offers this course and i have no about IIT or NIT but yes you can do it from UPES dehradoon.
