Im not sure why that guy wants it legalized but if he is like anyone else who wants it legalized then i believe i have the answer. Marijuana has more medical uses than anything else on the planet. It is used to help cancer patients, people with glaucoma, and help people with insomnia. There are people out there who this "Drug" would be very helpful for and it would enhance their life so much. This drug is not just needed for people who need it to wind down after a long day, but people with multiple sclerosis who need this drug in order just to speak clearly and understandable. One good example of this would be the guy they filmed in the documentary "The Union".

In 1920, an amendment to the Constitution was required to ban the consumption of alcohol; so far, no constitutional amendment banning marijuana has been enacted, meaning that from a strictly CONSTITUTIONAL perspective, the Federal government does NOT have the authority to ban pot.
