Well this one's really simple. I mean really. After jacking in, take the press path on the top level all the way around till you find the Hadeskey. Then, and only then, take the ramp to the lower level and follow the press path all the way around to the door, which you open with the key you just found. Continue on, and the VictData will be on the press path to the left. Special time.
