1. When Aurora Unit is blasting beams from its tips, quickly get under it (I prefer using the Morph Ball because it's much faster), and stay under it until its done blasting the beams. Make sure you're not close to the beams.

2. This is hard, but it's worth trying. When the Aurora Unit is spinning around the place, use your Screw Attack to ram into it while it's spinning. This will stun it from the impact for a really long time.

3. When Aurora Unit is about to use its cannon, fire a Hyper Missile or a Charge Shot at the cannon to stun it for a moment.

4. After the Aurora Unit is done with firing Phazon projectiles at you, it will stun itself. Try to get behind the Unit before its done firing the projectiles, so you can have more time shooting the weak spot.

That's all I know. You might want to watch videos on the Aurora Unit battle, so you can get an better idea of what you might want to do in the battle.

The standard morph ball bomb is in the agon wastes, you need to go to the arena. The power bomb upgrade is in dark aether, i believe it is in torvus. It is guarded by a flower that spits out power bombs (suprise!)

The High Frequency Beam (AKA the Nova Beam) can be found in the mining site in the Pirate Homeworld.

A quick walkthrough of how to get there:

Although you would probably want some backup before you attack their seed, just attempt to go to the area it tells you to go to get rid of it anyways. If you have the Grapple Voltage, you should be able to drain the energy off of the control terminal that's powering the shield after you take care of the pirates in the area. When you do that, go through the corridor, if you have hazard shield, then the acid rains that are pouring down here will be no problem, note that you'll have to fight some Scritters in this area though.

When you're through, you'll enter a large room, oh s***, what was that? Looks like you tripped an alarm system, destroy all the enemies that appear and a cut scene will show you an area you can go into in morph ball form. Go in there, and a cannon will blast you to the other side of the command center. When you're through, I would suggest draining the nearby power terminal so you can come back later. Use morph ball to climb up the spider rail, and you'll find yourself in a Transit Station. Scan whatever you can scan there to activate the manual activation. Use it to call the Transit thing, and go inside. Use that and voila! You're in the Mining Site.

Ok, you get it in Vesper (VDO for short). Within VDO, there is a small cavern for the morph ball to crawl through. When you ge tin, you won't be able to turn back into Samus (unless you go back of course). You will be in a weird place after that, you will find an lift slowly going up and down. Go on the lift, and you will find these super jump things that will put you up high and put you on top of a something and you will find a door at the top. go
through it and you scan. You will find dozens of question mark things. Find and scan them all. When you are done, well, you will figure out how to get it. That part is EASY!

After beating the Nightmare and acquiring the Gravity Suit, you need to travel backwards until you reach the bottom-right of the map in Sector 5, and use speed boost to break through the blocks on the right and make your way to Sector 4. From there, travel until you find the Level 4 security room and unlock red doors. You should then be able to return to the top of the map in Sector 4, and reach the Navigation room.
