With clay you can make bricks and clay blocks (blocks identical to the ones you mined to obtain the clay). Brick are made by smelting the clay in a furnace, and clay blocks are crafted like this:

Bricks can then again be made into brick blocks, crafted in the same way as the clay blocks, just replacing the clay with brick.

You could use one of the many websites that you pay for them to host them to host the server, complete with many Bukkit plugins, ServerCraft being one. But if you want to host a server, and start it out from scratch, you could go to the top link in "related links" and download the "Multiplayer Beta Server" at the bottom of the page. It may help to follow a guide as to setting up the server on YouTube.

You have to find a stronghold and then inside you have to search a whole freaking lot for a lava room and a unfilled portal. You put ender eyes in all the slots of the blocks on the outline of the unfilled portal and it'll get you to the ender world. To find a stronghold right click while an eye of ender in you're hand and it'll fly towards the nearest stronghold.

Probably a HUGE chunk of lava. Or glitch.

you cannot set up permissions in a normal minecraft server. you must have a bukkit server to use permissions. check the bukkit forum for more info.

You need to have a upgraded account to have a Minecraft Server running on 000webhost.

You simply cant in normal gameplay but there are lots of mods for it.
