According to the wiki, Sharpness can give 1,5 hearths more damage per level.

A regular iron sword does 3 damage. Sharpness II gives 1,5 * 2 = 3 hearths extra damage.

Minecraft does not have a build in teamspeak system. If the server you are playing on is using a "faction" mod then the mod may use "/f c" to turn on faction chat. "/msg name message" can also be used to send private messages to a certain player.

Once you have planted seeds on dirt you tilled with a hoe, wait for them to grow up into ripe wheat. This will take a day or two. When the stalks are yellowish and the tops are brown it is ready to harvest. Hit it with anything, including bare hands, and it will drop wheat and more seeds.

If by harvesting you mean getting the wheat once it is grown, punch it.

Creepers and Ghasts will sometimes drop it when you kill them.

you need a mod to do that.

You must open the mod with winrar this can be done by right clicking on the file selecting winrar after you select the "open with" option if you can't find it select other programs the select winrar. Once open you should be looking at a lot of files with .class at the end (eg fw.class might not be in there but its just an example. Then click the little windows button at the bottom that should pull up a menu then type in %appdata% and press enter a window should pop up that says .minecraft in it some where most likely at the top click that file and it should take you to your minecraft floder once in it click on "bin" then you should see a .jar file the says minecraft or minecraft.jar open that with winrar thhen drag all the class files ( from the mod file ) into the minecraft.jar file don't drag in any non .class files eg readmetxt you don't want in it some mods may need mod loader just do the exact same procedure to install it.
