well first off, as odd as it may seem, the mob name is "wolf," instead of "dog." Well anyways, to obtain a tamed wolf, you must give it bones. You can give the wolf bones by holding it and left clicking on the wolf until heats pop up and it receives a red collar. The number of bones it takes to tame a wolf is random. From my experiences, it generally takes from 1 to 6 bones for each wolf. To get bones, you kill skeletons and take their loot (bones.) Some other useful information: The angle of the dogs tail to its bottom is what represents how much life it has. The less life it has, the more down the tail would be. Also, when the wolf is weak, it will generally make a whimering sound

Destroy it, then pick it up.

It's just a little bug. Close it down wait for a few minutes then try again, used to happen to me but now it's gone!

All you have to do is delete your .minecraft folder and run Minecraft agian. It will make a new one, then try installing it agian.

if you arrange 9 in a 3x3 crafting grid, you can make a Lapis Lazuli Block. It's mainly meant for storage like the iron, gold and diamond blocks. However, unlike the others, it actually looks really good. It takes up a lot of a relatively rare material, but the effect is worth it. Besides, it shows up in the same area as diamonds, so you should be finding plenty of it, especially if you have a pick enchanted with Fortune.

If you're playing creative or with an infinite-inventory mod or some such, then it's even more worthwhile.

Because of the new feature of dying wolves and leather armour, you can use it to dye those things as well. In addition you could download mods that make it more worthwhile.

First, download winrar. Second download the require mods and pen the in winrar. Then, pen the Minecraft.jar with winrar. Delete the META-INF folder. Drag all the class files into the Minecraft.jar file. then "x" it out and your done. Hope this helped.

The game itself takes 10-20 MB of Hard Drive space, while it can use 256-1024 MB of RAM while you are playing the game.

Save files can get big, however, and if you have explored the world a LOT, it can take up to 1GB (or more!) This problem is more prominent on servers, however.

To find pink sheep in Minecraft, you will need to go to a grassy area to look because peaceful mobs spawn on grass and I have found a pink sheep which is 1/100 likely to find pink sheep but Minecraft wiki doesn't tell you about pink sheep.<(0_0<)(>0_0)>

Recent changes to Minecraft have made it independent of Java.

STEPS

1. Go to start, then go to run.

2. Type %appdata% in the run

3. Press enter

4. Now, click .minecraft

5. Now, go to bin

6. Now, right click minecraft.jar and "open with" winzip or 7zip or winrar or a equally compatible file zipper

7. Now, open the battletower zip, exactly the same as step 6

8. Now, transfer the folders and class files INTO minecraft.jar.

9. Delete METAINF in minecraft.jar

10. Close everything

11. Open minecraft

12. Login

13. Wait till it finishes loading

14. Go to singleplayer and load a new world.

15. Explore till you find a battletower

First, go to Minecraft.net and register an account. You may do this by creating an account and then going to the store and purchasing a premium account for abour $30. Then, download Minecraft from Minecraft.net . Then open Minecraft. Once you open minecraft, a pop-up might come up asking you if you want to allow the program. Click don't adk me again (cause it's really annoying). Then accept it. The Minecraft browser will pop up. At the bottom right hand corner, there will be two boxes: Username and Password. Input your chosen username and password. Click on the Log In button. You have now logged in to Minecraft!

There are several ways you can breathe underwater.

The first and easiest way is to simply put a torch at face level, it will replace the water with air, but it be destroyed and pop off the wall quickly.

Another way is to carry some sugar canes (AKA Reeds/Papyrus) and quickly throw one down on your feet, and another on top of it, because of the weird way that water works, you will be able to place them if you are quick enough, but like the torch they will also be destroyed. This way might be better if you are gravel mining underwater.

But, gravel does spawn elsewhere than underwater.

Minecraft is a program. Just open the Minecraft.exe file, and it will start by itself.

You cannot get a seed currently that will make all of the Minecraft world flat, although there is a way to do that. Simply go on the internet and find a flat land world. You have to put it in your Minecraft files and then you can play of a completely flat world.
