To make a nether portal you need the following items: 12 blocks of obsidian,and a Flint and Steel. To get the obsidian just mine near lava, because that is where I always find it. To get Flint and Steel, you need iron and flint (both can easily be found in a random mountain). To actually make it, place the obsidian with a 2 wide top 2 wide bottom, and the rest on the sides (has to be equal!), then activate (left click on PC, so use whatever your using as activate button) your Flint and Steel. Now you need to make sure that your gear is good, then you can go through and double your Mincraft size!

You go to your run bar in your start menu, and type in %appdata% then there should be a folder named .minecraft, if you go into that there will be a screenshots folder.
