It is impossible to install Minecrat Forge on to the PS3 for two main reasons. You can't do that. You can only allow or block the village for spawning in the 'customized world' mode in the 'more world options' area in the world generating area.

You don't find it. Go to the nether and fight the wither skeletons to the death and they will drop a wither skull eventually. Be careful of their hits on you or you'll be withered. Next ingrediant is soul sand which is in nether forts like the wither skeletons so find a nether fort fast or you will have a hard time trying to summon the wither. You need 4 soul sand and 3 wither skulls. Be prepared for the fight and here's the formation

Fighting: Okay I will answer how to fight it. The wither is very annoying to fight.

Tips

- bring golden apples and potions, be serious

- enchant sword with sharpness and smite

- fire nor arrows can't touch him

- ride in a horse for agility( if not use a minecart, remember you can summon it whenever you want wherever you want)

- because you can summon it anywhere, use this advantage to summon him in a minefield with obsidian

Attack pattern:
