A 14-year-old is a minor and is under the control and authority of their parents. That means your parents have the right to decide where you live. The 'hate your parents' part of your post is somewhat distributing. If that's truly the case, then you might consider talking to a school counselor about that issue. If there really is a reason that you would be better off living away from home (ie abuse, neglect, etc) then the counselor will know what action needs to be taken. But if it's a simple matter of 'I just don't along with my parents' 'they're too strict' etc...sorry, but at 14 there's really not anything you can do.

If you can't move out, maybe you can try talking with your parents, try to understand why they are the way they are (try not to get angry with them, because then they won't listen to you). If they feel like you're trying to see their point of view, they MIGHT try to see your point of view too. It's worth a try. If there's nothing you can do to make your relationship with them better, legally you're stuck with them until you're old enough to move out. You're not stuck there forever, so just hang in there and you'll be okay.
