Yes. She had a nose job at the age of 17. She also had her cheek bones enlarged and has had boetox above her eye brows more than once.

If Miranda Cosgrove felt compelled to do a nude photo shoot or video, she could since she is now over 18. However, this is her choice alone and she will likely not pursue it.
